She loves it when a client gets an ‘aha’ moment as they realise there’s a more innovative way to do something, and it will save them time. She is passionate about teaching people how to create slides that are fit for purpose and engaging. She also focusses on presenting confidently, including best practices in the boardroom, at a conference, or online, for example, with MS Teams. Fiona is a certified Microsoft Master Trainer and became Director of Education for the Presentation Guild (a global organisation for presentation professionals) in January 2023.
Jeanne Jirges is an identity mentor, mindset trainer, public speaker, and Amazon bestselling author from Vienna, Austria. With a genuine passion for helping people unlock their true selves, Jeanne guides individuals on a journey of self-discovery and connects them with like-minded souls. Varinka Bouma-Iseli is a professionally trained executive coach with 15-plus years of experience as a leader in the banking industry and 25-plus years of corporate experience. She has successfully coached 950-plus clients worldwide to bring back the human side within the corporate environment to elevate overall performance. Her mission is to empower at least one million individuals to find their sense of belonging and self-confidence, ultimately contributing to the success of both individuals and organisations, as organisations are still built by people, no matter what.
With her many years of experience in coaching leaders and teams, she has developed a razor-sharp intuition for the needs of her clients. Her approach is to the point and playful. Varinka has a bachelor’s in hospitality management and business administration. She strongly believes in lifelong learning and has various certifications and is always deepening her knowledge to mix and match what is needed for her clients.
She is happily married, a mother of four teenagers, and outside of work enjoys taking long walks with her dog at the beach and enjoys every moment in life with her loved ones.
Patricia Bailo Reyes was born in Zaragoza and moved to Pamplona as a teenager. She pursued a bachelor's degree in Executive Assistance and a postgraduate diploma in Business Soft Skills development at the University of Navarra.
Patricia completed two internships at Voith GmbH and did an Erasmus in Karlsruhe, Germany. She gained experience as an Executive Assistant (with a focus on marketing) and Marketing Manager in Germany and Spain. Patricia is currently working at PwC Deutschland GmbH in Munich as an Executive Assistant. She’s passionate about intercultural communication and relations.

Lena Heller has been working for McKinsey & Company for almost nine years. Before, she used to work in luxury hospitality, mainly in the role of Personal Assistant to the General Manager. Therefore, she can say that she has a lot of experience in this field, and she is telling you that you will not become a first-class Assistant due to learning programs or yearly feedback conversations and possible improvements. Her passion is to strengthen the inner skills, to broaden the work-related perspective. and to discover unconscious talents.
During her parental leave, Lena is coaching young and old professionals to find their key to true success, inner strength, and to discover their real personal goals.
Michela Luoni is an organisational consultant who specialises in assisting SMEs and professionals with establishing or improving their processes and procedures using agile methodology. She stays up-to-date with evolving technology and integrates it into her training and coaching sessions, which can be delivered in person and online. Michela is also a skilled graphic designer advocating for women's advancement. She offers training on digital-related topics, LinkedIn strategies, and digital education for schools and parents.
Selvaggia Fagioli is a strategy consultant, advising startup founders on defining their business model and preparing for investment. She’s a member of Angels4Women, the Italian business angel association investing in high-growth women-led startups. Selvaggia is working to increase diversity in founding teams and on the investment side of angel and venture investing.
