Moussa joined Air Liquide France in 2016 as a Production Optimization Engineer for Air Liquide’s newly created ROCC (Remote Operation Control Center) in Lyon (France) after having started his career at Exxon. In his first role, he worked on the definition and creation of new tools for the ROCC. Moussa is an active member of the community of practice around the PI System within Air Liquide and an early adopter of PI AF within the Group. He led a working group in charge of the definition of Data Structure & Calculation standards.

Moussa is now working as an Operation Analyst for Houston Smart Innovative Operations (SIO) Center. He is managing the Enterprise Historian deployment for the Operations after the signing of an enterprise agreement between Air Liquide & Osisoft, enabling a worldwide usage of the PI System within Air Liquide.

Roberto Napione has been working at SKF since 1992. He is a mechanical engineer who studied mechanical engineering in Politecnico of Turin. Roberto’s career was initially in manufacturing operations as a quality, manager, manufacturing manager, unit manager, and factory director (800 people). Then he moved to manufacturing development, working on manufacturing development for business unit and group divisions at SKF Group global, where his responsibility was in technology upgrades, managing investments, and EHS. From 2016-20 he built the Machine Centre of Excellence, working with teams in Sweden, Italy, France, India and China.

Tasked to develop machines and IPs based on key strategic knowledge and connected to I4.0 and smart manufacturing, Roberto has helped produce proof of concept in new technology and installed the machines and the knowledge.
